The purpose of this study is to find out the structural relationship between tself leadership, leader-member exchange and empowerment, job satisfaction, turnover of Public Sports Facilities’ Employees, and to provide basic data for the management and operation of Public Sports Facilities and provide better service for sports consumers. This study represents a population of 214 persons who are selected as the subject for the final analysis of this study, by the arbitrary sampling method, from persons engaged in Public Sports Facilities including employees of Busan Sports Facilities Management Corporation, and working-level employees, physical instructors, and general employees of Contract Organizations. Data is processed as follows, by using the statistic package of Window SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0, and the significance level of all data analysis is a=.05.
The Factor analysis, reliability analysis, co-relation analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis have done, and the results of these analyses are as follows: First, the leader-member exchange has a positive effect on the empowerment. Second, the self leadership has a positive effect on the empowerment. Third, the empowerment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. fourth, the empowerment has a positive effect on the turnover intention. Fifth, the job satisfaction has a positive effect on the turnover intention.
