This study is the major daily newspapers and magazine in Germany and the Korean news reports which in any Hallyu, by analyzing whether the Hallyu, using some news coverage to contribute to a more efficient run promotional activities in the future with the Hallyu cultural image improve. Four problems set of studies for this are:Research Question 1: Does the German media coverage of the Korean Wave has a certain appearance characteristics? That Is Korean media reported in Germany which represents the amount of features in the article, if published articles, article type, article writer, article size? Research Question 2: Does the Wave in the German media have reported any content characteristics? Ie Does the German media reports have an interest in any topic? In addition, these articles Hallyu theme shows there any difference depending on the media type and media tendencies? Research Question 3: What is the attitude of the German media reported Hallyu? In other words there is no difference in the attitude of the German media have reported Hallyu media, media type, and media tendencies, article topics? Research Question 4: What is the frame of the German media reported Hallyu? That is what the frame is composed of Hallyu and German media reported on the contents frame? What seemed at the same time, by media, media type, media stars and constructive tendencies frame and frame content is ever any features in accordance with article topics? This study was limited to six articles dealing with areas such as the Korean pop culture in Korea the same as the existing previous studies movies Korea, South Korea Drama, K-pop, pop culture performances, Hallyu star, hallyu policies. Analyzed were selected for Germany's three leading daily newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Welt magazine as two of Germany's Der Spiegel and Focus. Hallyu analysis period is being developed in Europe to set up five years from the date of first 2009 began in the German media reported January 1 to December 31, 2014.
