본 연구는 물류 내부자원이 기업의 성과에 미치는 효과를 분석함을 주된 목적으로 한다. 물류 내부자원은 고객중심 내부 자원과 공급중심 내부자원으로 구분하였는데, 공급중심 내부자원의 대표적인 유형을 정보기술로 보았다. 이를 근거로 고객중심 내부자원은 성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보았고, 정보기술은 이 둘의 관계를 조절하는 상호작용역할을 하는 것으로 가정하고 가설을 검증하였다. 분석의 결과, 정보기술의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았고, 고객중심 내부자원의 주효과만 존재하는 것으로 나타났다.

This research focused on the relationship to performance to two type of internal resources. The connection between customer focused capabilities and firm performance has long been recognized in marketing and logistics literature. And Information technology capabilities have increasingly been viewed as key predictors of firm performance.
The first goal of this research is to propose and test a model of the relationships among customer focused capabilities, information technology, and performance.
The research finding reveals that customer focused capabilities were significantly related to performance. However, this research findings reveals that moderating effect of information technology were not significant.
