Although online logistics system between shippers and logistics providers have long been an accepted phenomena, this system suffers from various defects that limit it's usefulness for users. Two important questions remain once the adoption of online logistics services has been made: which user groups should be targeted and what kind of services should be supplied for each groups This paper presents a systematic approach for analyzing these decisions. It can also be used in developing future directions with potential users.
