The purpose of this study was to analyze "Let's Play" activities, in the 6th grade textbook of the 7th National English Curriculum. Twenty-five English teachers participated in the analysis after having implemented the curriculum. Forty-eight activities were analyzed according to the following five criteria: 1) purpose of the activity, 2) student organization for the activity, 3) degree of English use, 4) degree of interactions between the students, and 5) degree of motivation. The results showed that most of the activities were implemented, but a greater number of the activities were played in the first semester and they were evaluated more positively than those in the second semester in terms of motivation. Although the number of the activities pursuing accuracy and those improving fluency were well balanced, it was still necessary to increase the number of the activities oriented toward developing fluency, especially, in the second semester. More than two thirds of the activities were done in small groups and a few pair-work activities were used. Many problems were revealed in playing the activities, and the problem of teaching multi-level class was pointed out most frequently.
