The sub-factors of general self-concept were self-concept related learning and self-concept related non-learning. The sub-factors of physical self-concept were appearance, muscle strength, flexibility, health, physical activity, body fat, sports competence, overall body, and self-esteem. Collected data were analyzed by Paired t-test between pre-post test(p<.05). The results of this study were as follows: First, there was no significant difference in the general self-concept. Second, there were significant difference in physical activity, sports competence, muscle strength, cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, body fat, health, and appearance. and overall body except self-esteem. Third, there was significant difference in attention level measured by α-wave. The results of the study illustrated that participating in physical exercise had positive influence on physical self-concept and attention.
