Does international diversification affect organizational performance? The objective of the study is to explore the performance implications of international diversification in the context of Korean exporters. Focusing on the learning and experiential advantages associated with international diversification, we propose a positive relationship between international diversification and performance. Based on a large-scale survey of manufacturing exporters, we find that the proposed relationship is largely supported for Korean exporters. Drawing upon previous research, we provide theoretical implications of the findings, along with several agenda for further research.
