From the ecosystemic perspective, the study aims at finding out the determinants which affect the unrevealed delinquency of adolescents. The sample population of this study is 377 adolescents who are at present high school student. The data has been analysed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis etc.
The results of the analysis are as follows.
It has revealed that adolescents perceive the school to be the most negative environment. Concretely, adolescents have negative cognizance of residents attachment, community resources, relationship with teachers, physical abuse as parents' reading attitude.
The actual conditions of unrevealed delinquency shows, in the order of frequency behaved by adolescents, normative unrevealed delinquency, cyber unrevealed delinquency, legal unrevealed delinquency. 98.5% of adolescents have also experienced at least once unrevealed delinquency in some way.
There is the meaningful difference in the distinction of sex, school year, punished experience, how many peers who have been punished except family structure.
It has revealed that correlation between adolescents' environments and unrevealed delinquency is direct.
Multiple regression analysis was conducted in order to determine the extent to which family, school, community related factors affected on unrevealed delinquency. As a result, the most significant associated factor with it was school environment. Concretely, the more adolescents have the number of peers who have been punished, the more adolescents have punished, the worse housing environment is, the more conflict family relationship is, the less community resources have, the more adolescents experience throughout the unrevealed delinquency.
There are several significant factors affected to the subordinative categories of unrevealed delinquency. Those can be certified to the number of peers who have been punished, punished experience, family relationship, monitoring as parents' reading attitude, relationship with teachers, school disruption environment, housing environment, harmful facilities and community resources.
With this results, approach strategies for prevention and intervention can be suggested as follows.
Comprehensive and concurrent intervention may be useful to resolve unrevealed delinquency, because multisystemic factors cause adolescents to commit it. That is, the collaborative relationship among school, family and community as well as individuals should be strengthened.
It is especially needed to be introduced prevention and intervention programs in order to improve adolescents environment related to normative unrevealed delinquency which is showed the highest experience rate.
It is firstly practiced to intervene in factors of harmful facilities in community environments, family relationship in family environments, the number of peers who have been punished in school environments.
The number of peers who have been punished has the most powerful
influence. And all kinds of aspects of unrevealed delinquency are affected by peers, therefore the intervention should be worked among individuals as well as peer group together except legal escape-related delinquency.
