This research established the main concept based on analyzing antecedent researches about Smart Work, And classify detailed subjects of Smart Work attributions such are: conjugate technology and task alteration, transition of cooperation style based on time and places, and individual business and balance of life, organization's performance-based management system and organizational learning, etc. To materialize this research, we tried to grasp meanings and futurity using keyword "Smart Work" and examine domestic and international antecedent studies related to Smart Work. By doing so, we could deduct 6 perspectives directly related to Smart Work: Task, Technology, Time, Place, People, and Organization. On the basis of 6 mutually related perspectives, each researchers linked dimensions of both literature and theory to process this research and analyze empirical and case studies. The main context of this research is classified into Task & Technology, Time & Place, and People & Organization. For successful research accomplishment, we are trying to conjugate suitable theory and methodology for analyzing each related contents. Furthermore, overall perspective of this research is to applying Systematic Literature Review to implement theoretical consideration of organize concept of Smart Work, analyze Smart Work, analyze task alteration, extract influenced constraint factors and construct framework. The purposes of implementation of Systematic Literature Review are: to organize the existing concept of Smart Work based on advanced researcher's work, understand recent research trend, and analyze limitations of antecedent researches. Also, to empirically analyze theoretical models, we collected empirical analysis data through methods such as case study and interview by Smart Work employees and supervisors. Lastly, we are trying to propose guideline for successful Smart Work adoption, performance management and development by applying Analytical & Analogical Reasoning method and Meta-Synthesis method to deduct framework from converged each subjects and annual research outcomes. To exploit this research outcome, it could possibly propose new scientific theory in Smart Working field which is directly related to quality of life, and it can support practical and policy proposal which are needed for academic development through empirical analysis. Additionally, this research could not only applied and verified the outcome of existing research, but also expecting to accomplish academic contribution through finding new theory in social science field, trigger of academic interest through diffusion of research outcome and production, and revitalize related researches. Moreover, the outcome could develop and propose the policy through sociological research to arrange ideal work formation, management of labors and information, forecast and direction of reaction towards various side effects from alteration by expecting to provide political solution towards social issues such as: creative economy, young unemployment, job discontinued women, economic growth with unemployment, labor's work and balance of life, knowledge worker management, and information system direction of improvement. Lastly, the result aids the arrangement of fostering futuristic research manpower. The participants of this project; full-time doctoral researchers and research assistant master's degree students shared their research outcomes to produce research results including thesis, and directly contribute to foster next generation social scientists in "work and job" research field.
