지금까지의 연구에서 우리는 악보다는 선에 더 많은 주의를 기울여 왔다. 또한 비도덕적인 행위보다는 도덕적인 행위와 관련된 연구가 더 많이 다루어졌다. 비도덕적인 행위를 통하여 도덕적인 행위에 대한 개념을 명확히 밝힐 수 있으며, 우리 주변에서 이루어지는 많은 비도덕적인 행위들을 생각해볼 때, 비도덕적 행위와 관련된 연구는 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 악과 관련된 연구를 바탕으로 기존의 마일로의 비도덕적인 행위와 관련된 연구를 검토해보고자 하였다. 악과 관련하여 전통적인 연구와 최신의 연구를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 악한 행위자를 중심으로 하는 것과 악한 행위 자체의 특성을 중심으로 나누어 살펴볼 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 틀에서 마일로의 이론을 검토하였다. 마일로의 경우에는 행위자의 특성을 중심으로 비도덕적인 행위를 규명하고자 한 연구이다. 다만 행위자의 특성에만 초점을 맞추었기 때문에, 피해나 행위 자체의 잘못과 같은 행위 특성에 대한 검토는 이루어지지 않았다. 추후 비도덕적인 행위에 대한 연구는 행위 자체의 특성과 관련된 연구가 추가적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

Previous studies have focused more on good than evil, and more on moral behavior than on immoral behavior. Through thinking about immoral behavior, the concept of moral behavior can be clearly defined. Moreover, we need to think about immorality considering many immoral behaviors that occur around us. In this study, the research on the immoral behavior of Milo was reviewed based on the study of evil. Therefor this paper examines the traditional and latest studies of evil at first. Through reviewing the concept of evil, there are two kinds of study about evil : the characteristics of evil acts and evildoers. In this context, Milo’s immorality is a study focused on the characteristics of the immoral actor. Because his study focuses only on the characteristics of the actor, so it was not conducted on the characteristics of the act itself. In the future, the research on immoral behaviors should be conducted on the characteristics of the behavior itself.
