Today coaching is utilized in not only the management field but required in many other fields including the nutritive control, health care, financial management and time management. Coaching could be called as a process forming a relationship leading and managing to accomplish the assignment or self-development by itself and providing the encouragement and the skills based on the horizontal partnership.
The recent coaching which began in the United states is spread to the worldwide, so it supports to improve members’ strengthening of ability and helps to have interaction smoothly at a business education training service, public institution, nonprofit configuration and school. And also at the internal field, the coaching is adopted at financial institution, public configuration, nonprofit configuration, university, school and religious group.
Coaching provides the motivation and encourages the individual to help the development by themselves. Especially at the school, it encourages the coachee to acquire the needed information and the knowledge subjectively. Furthermore, it could discover the potential of the coachee and develop it.
However, because current coaching study is applied on the field of the health, financial, time and speech so even if it is developed for the sake of the executive filed dealt with the case study, best executive, private experiment, the scientific research is insufficient.
Current coaching is being evolved from face-to-face coaching to the online coaching because of the development of the Internet. Online coaching enables the real time communication and also provides the time gap for the consideration. It has no geographical constraint and provides the flexibity of the time and the space. Furthermore, online coaching could be accessed at the long distance and it provides the needed function of the record, store, and search. It can be used for both personal coaching and the group coaching at the same time. Also it is possible to realize the horizontal relationship to make the communication easier because it is difficult to distinguish the upper and the lower position.
By far the most coaching is centered around taking advantage of the Internet, when online coaching with expansion is attempted. For current online coaching is coaching the secondary role for. In this report, we analysis existed 17 face-to-face coaching model and present the integrated coaching model using UML. This report describes the integration of synchronous and asynchronous support e-coaching system designed and implemented. The system is asynchronous online coaching offered by way of e-mail and P2P (Peer to Peer) and motivational way video chat and text chat support group. This allows asynchronous and supports individuals or groups along with a coincidental way periodically between informal coaching can be. And we have developed e-coaching system based on synchronous and asynchronous method, and a hybrid career coaching system by combining the strengths of both face-to-face coaching and the online coaching. Suggested hybrid coaching improves the interaction by blending both coaching in the equal relation after using its strength. Suggested hybrid career coaching service collects the registered information of the coachee and utilize it in coaching process. Suggested career coaching service is separately designed for both coachee and the coach. Profile and coaching history of the coachee is stored in a web database using Mybatis framework. It provides the access to the career coaching service library easier by providing the Web service based on the Spring Framework Context. Further, through the face-to-face coaching, it checks the execution result of the goal of the study field and the coaching result environment. By this, it improves the remote accessibility between the coach and the coachee and provides the interaction smoothly according to the computing environment regardless of the constraint of the time and space.
In this report, we develops the hybrid career coaching model combined the face to face and the E-coaching, and applies students of childhood education for career guidance. The presented hybrid career coaching manages a profile and state information and a remote access between the coach and coachee on Internet. Then, online part of hybrid coaching deals with saving the data, and understand of the situation of the coachee if it is necessary. And face to face part of hybrid coaching have a conversation, the checking, counsel and introspection if the coach needs. Presented hybrid career coaching model has th procedure of 6 steps such like career coaching guidance, self-understanding, career decision-making, establishment of the career execution planning, execution plan and action will inspection and execution result inspection. Proposed hybrid career coaching is possible to understand coachee's current state on the career map, realize the importance of the execution strategy and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness self-regulation capacity.
