  • 인터넷과 웹의 발전은 온라인 상에서 유용한 데이터와 전자적인 정보의 교환을 가능하게 하였으며, 많은 조직의 개인적인 정보와 지식을 혁명적으로 접근할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 인터넷과 정보통신 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 인해 전자상거래 쇼핑몰에서의 상품과 정보의 양이 급격하게 증가하였다. 상품 정보의 양이 증가함에 따라 상품 검색엔진이 등장하였으나 키워드에 기반을 둔 정보 검색과 정보 비교에는 여전히 문제가 있다. 그리고 다양한 쇼핑 몰에 제공하는 상품 정보에 대한 메타검색 엔진의 필요성도 대두되고 있다.
    이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 시멘틱 웹 기반의 인텔리전트 상품 정보 중개 에이전트 프레임워크를 개발하고자 한다. 이 프레임워크를 위해서 온톨로지 기반 상품 검색 표현 기반 상품 정보 추출 방법론과 온톨로지 기반 쿼리 생성 방법론을 개발하였다. 그리고 상품 분류 및 속성 체계 온톨로지 매핑 방법론을 개발하였다. 또한 이러한 프레임워크의 프로토타입 시스템을 개발하였으며 프로토타입 시스템은 시멘틱 웹서비스 기반의 상품 정보 검색 에이전트와 시멘틱 웹 검색 서비스 쇼핑몰로 구성되어 있다.
    본 연구를 통해서 전자상거래 분야의 상품 검객 방법에 대하여 보다 사용자의 의도와 편리성을 고려한 상품 검색 및 선택 지원 방법론의 개발로 인해 전자 상거래가 활성화 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • The growth of internet and web allowed the exchange of valuable data and electronic information on-line and made us revolutionary access to information and knowledge of many organizations.
    The sudden increase in the kinds of product and the quantity of information in the e-Commerce shopping mall is caused by the rapid growth of the e-Commerce that advanced according to the developments of internet.
    According to the increase in the quantity of the goods information, the product search engines had been appeared and activated, but they have problems with the information retrieval based on keywords and they don't also have the function that can compare the value of the retrieved product information. And the product information meta-search engine for which can retrieve various shopping malls is also needed.
    In this study, I would like to solve the problems and propose semantic web service based intelligent product information search framework for agents and shopping mall.
    For this framework, I try to propose ontology base product information search intention and selection criteria description methodology, ontology based query generation methodology for product information search in shopping mall using search intention of user and multi-attributes based product information evaluation methodology for evaluate extracted product information. And the mapping of the ontology that are different from each other for the creation of query is also needed. For these, I propose the mapping methodology of product classification and the mapping methodology of product attribute name in this study.
    I also develop prototype systems of this framework. The prototype systems are semantic web service based product information search agent and semantic web retrieval service shopping mall.
    I expect that this framework and the prototype systems make increase the degrees of satisfaction about product information retrieval in the e-commerce market by means of being able to make users express accurately the product information that they want and get the retrieval results exactly reflected searching purpose about product that are expected.
