  • 디지털 경제시대에 접어들면서 경제환경의 변화와 경쟁구도의 심화에 따라 기업경쟁력을 확보하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요해졌다. 섬유산업의 경우도 과거 값싼 노동력에 의존하던 시대는 지나고 디자인, 품질을 바탕으로 한 고부가가치 화 된 경쟁력을 갗추는 것이 무었보다도 중요해 졌다. 섬유산업의 공급사슬은 아주 복잡하고 다양한 구성원들이 참여하기 때문에 효율적인 공급사슬의 관리가 각 기업 및 전체 공급사슬의 경쟁력 강화에 아주 중요하다. 원사, 원단, 제직, 염색, 봉제, 패션의류 등 다양한 공급사슬상의 참여기업들이 같은 목표와 이해를 바탕으로 긴밀한 협력을 하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 섬유공급사슬상의 참여기업간 협력관계 분석과 이상적인 협력모델의 제시, 이의 구현 방안등을 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 섬유공급사슬관리시스템을 제안하고 이를 통하여 기업의 경영혁신, 정보공유, 긴밀한 의사소통을 가능하게 함으로써 궁극적으로 섬유 산업의 경쟁력을 강화 할 수 있는 방안들을 살펴 보았다.

  • Abstract. Textile companies have tried to improve their organizational competitiveness in order to survive in the digital age global market. The challenge in textile supply chain management is the development of collaboration network which accommodates diverse concerns of various participants while explicitly recognizing interdependencies and promoting effective relationship management. Major contents of the study are as follows. First, ideal collaboration network model from the supply chain of the textile industry is suggested. Second, utilizing the collaboration model, Textile Supply Chain Management (TSCM) is designed to improve customer services and delivery time, to promote information sharing, and shorten product life cycle time. TSCM is expected to promote corporate innovation and information sharing, generate infrastructure which provides appropriate communication and operations capabilities for the textile companies.
