Recently, sensor web research is progressing by OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium), Microsoft, NASA and others according to ubiquitous technology development. The sensor web displays the context information collected from variety sensor network in the world. The Sensor Web is an emerging trend which makes various types of web-resident sensors, instruments, image devices, and repositories of sensor data, discoverable, accessible, and controllable via the World Wide Web. And many efforts have been invested in order to overcome the obstacles associated with connecting and sharing these heterogeneous sensor resources. But, until now, we don't consider about display of moving sensor node. Therefore, in this research, we study the mobile sensor web referring exist sensor web and sensor map with Sensor Networks team of Microsoft QUT eResearch Centre in Australia. In detail, we design the prototype of the mobile sensor information system, the mobile sensor Web service provider, the mobile sensor naming service for supporting various context information. The mobile sensor information system provides the identification data, the sensing data, location data and image using RFID system, sensor network, GPS system, and Web camera. And the mobile sensor Web service provider supports the sensor web service provider for displaying to user various context information on Internet Web based on map. And the mobile sensor naming service provides to search the context information and to find the sensor node according to user need. In future, this prototype will become the basic reference system for supporting ubiquitous service.
