Japanese language has many 'verb+verb' type compound verbs. In order for Korean learners of Japanese language to speak Japanese naturally, it is important to learn its compound verbs systematically.
Under the goal of selecting a list of 'Japanese compound verbs for Korean learners' that could be usefully applied to the effective instruction and acquisition of Japanese compound verbs, this study attempted 'to make a list of compound verbs for Japanese Proficiency Test(JPT)'. Through the research of total 15 books(about 7361 pages) comprised of wordbooks and workbooks, total 156 compound verbs were selected for an essential list like below.

The examples above are frequently appearing in preceding researches and measuring research of this study, so that they could be an important list relatively. It is expected to be used as a reference when teaching compound verbs in the site of teaching Japanese language or compiling teaching materials for learners of Japanese language.
