The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ICF-CY, which is based on the characteristics and needs of students with disabilities, and the objectives and contents of rehabilitation curriculum that can be effectively applied to education and implemented a smart diagnosis system that conveniently operated it and developed a support profile.
To these ends, in the first year, various domestic and foreign rehabilitation ability evaluation tools and evaluation system data by collecting the previous studies and documents of the US, Japan, and Europe which are not only domestic but also advanced countries with special education were analyzed. Second, In order to examines the content relevance of the factor extraction and diagnostic test of the rehabilitation diagnosis test and the content of the sub-question, Delphi survey on 20 experts were conducted. Third, in order to diagnose the functions and performance of the special education students and to achieve the research purpose of building a smart system to support them, through a series of preliminary research and literature analysis, Delphi survey, diagnostic inventory on rehabilitation for studetns with disabilities including 5 domains, 21 elements, and 154 items was developed.
In the second year of this study, to investigate the appropriateness of diagnostic test items for special teachers based on the items derived from the first year Delphi survey and to construct questionnaires to be used as the basis for item extraction and database construction, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 400 teachers. Second, smart diagnostic inventory was developed based on computerized data management framework as smart diagnostic test. Finally, based on this test data, a specific personalized support profile was generated. Based on results, special education teachers and parents will be able to effectively share information by linking with and diagnosing educational curriculum on 5 domains such as sensory exercise, self-reliance, communication, psychological stability, and behavior management.
