1) 연구목표
본 연구단은 2014년 소형단계의 <부모 참 역량 연구팀>과 <건강한 학교생태계 연구팀>이 연합하여 중형단계로 진입하였다. 한국 학교의 비생명적인 현상에 주목하고 학교의 혁신을 위해 ‘건강한 학부모 학생 교사 - 따뜻한 교육공동체’를 아젠다로 하여 ‘따뜻한 교육공동체의 토대 구축’을 위한 기초연구를 3년간 수행해왔다. 구체적으로 유아교육, 초중등교육 및 특수교육 영역에서 따뜻한 교육공동체의 개념과 방향 설정, 구성 요인 탐색 및 요구조사, 학부모, 교사 등 각 agent의 공동체 구축 역량 척도 개발 및 교육공동체 구축의 영향 요인 등에 대해 간학문적인 통합을 지향하며 연구해왔다.
이에 대형단계에서는 이러한 기초연구를 토대로 각급 학교 현장과 지역사회에 따뜻한 교육공동체를 단계적으로 실현하고 정착시키는 연구를 본격적으로 수행하고자 한다. 이로써 한국 교육현장 구성원 간에 따뜻한 생명적 관계를 회복시켜 교육공동체 구축을 통한 행복 사회 구현에 기여하고, post SSK에서의 K-교육공동체의 세계화에 대비하고자 한다.

3)연구성과
부산대학교 따뜻한교육공동체연구센터는 연구과제인 「따뜻한 교육공동체의 실현과 정착」을 위해 건강한 학생 학부모 교사 지역사회가 함께하는 따뜻한 교육공동체 실현을 위한 연구를 비롯해서 가족-학교-지역사회의 파트너십 증진을 위한 노력과 함께 학생, 학부모, 학교, 지역사회의 교육공동체 구현 역량 증진 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고, 교육공동체의 생애주기를 연결하는 지속발전 가능성을 제고하는 연구를 진행하였다. 4년간의 연구를 통해 따뜻한 교육공동체의 실현을 위한 토대와 따뜻한 교육공동체의 확산을 위한 기반을 구축하였으며, 대형연구센터로서 자생력을 확보하는 기틀을 마련하여 높은 연구목표를 달성하였다. 구체적인 목표에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
▸ 유아, 초·중등 학생 및 특수학생 부모를 대상으로 따뜻한 교육공동체 구현 역량 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한 연구를 하였으며, 교사 및 교육기관 대상의 컨설팅 및 연수 프로그램을 진행하였다. 또한 유아, 초·중등학생을 대상으로 따뜻한 교육공동체 구현을 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하고, 현장교사와 공동연구원이 공동으로 전문학습공동체 운영 및 지원을 통한 연구를 진행하는 등의 agent별 교육공동체 구현 역량 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다.
▸ 따뜻한 교육공동체 구현을 위한 3년간의 장기적인 부모 컨설턴트 양성교육과정을 통해 유아교육과 초등교육의 연계 및 양성된 컨설턴트의 유아기 부모와 장애아동의 부모에 대한 지원을 통한 생애 지속적 지원 방안 가능성을 위한 연구를 하였으며, 또한 자체 학술 세미나와 공동 연구를 통한 학교 급간의 연계를 도모하고, 유아 및 초·중등교육과 특수교육을 아우르는 연구 성과를 거두었다.
또한 실천 사례를 공유하는 학술세미나. 학술대회, 심포지엄 등의 학술 행사, 연구, 실천 사례를 담은 자체발간 학술지「교육공동체연구와 실천」을 연 2회발간하는 등의 생애주기를 연결하는 따뜻한교육공동체 확산의 지속성 마련을 위한 교육공동체 구현 노력을 하였다.
▸ 따뜻한 교육공동체 실현과 정착을 위한 학교 및 지역사회의 유관기관과의 MOU 체결하고, 컨설팅 프로그램에 컨설턴트로서 참여하였으며, 따뜻한 교육공동체 확산을 위한 ‘따공맘’의 자발적 학습공동체와 지역 유관 기관 부모공동체 지원 사업을 통한 실천공동체 활동을 시도하는 등의 가족-학교-지역사회 파트너십 증진을 위한 순환적 관계망 구축 연구의 토대를 마련하였다. 이러한 관계망 구축을 통해 협력연구를 위한 기틀을 마련하였으며, 마을교육공동체 관련 세미나를 개최하고, 따뜻한 교육공동체 모형을 위한 기초연구와 이를 통해 사회통합과 양극화 해소, 학교와 사회의 비생명성 문제를 해결하는 방안을 모색하였다.
▸ K-교육공동체 모형 개발을 위한 기초연구와 따뜻한 교육공동체에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색 및 K-교육공동체 모형 개발연구를 통해 K-교육공동체 적용을 위한 기초연구를 활발히 진행하였다. 그러나 예상치 못한 코로나 팬데믹으로 인해 K-교육공동체 모형적용을 위한 연구에는 어려움이 있었으며, 따뜻한 교육공동체의 개념적 방향을 설정하고 정과 우리의식의 실천 방안을 모색, 실천모델 개발을 위한 연구를 통해 따뜻한 교육공동체 구축을 위한 실행체제와 그 운용에 대해 제시하였다.

3) Research achievements
Pusan ​​National University’s Compassionate Education Community Research Center is dedicated to promoting family-school-community partnerships, including research on the realization of a compassionate educational community where healthy students, parents, teachers and the local community work together for its research project, “Realization and Settlement of a Warm Educational Community.” Along with these efforts, research was conducted to develop and apply a program to enhance the capacity of students, parents, schools, and local communities to realize the educational community, and to improve the possibility of sustainable development that connects the life cycle of the educational community.
