1) Research goals
In 2014, this research group entered the medium-sized stage by combining the small-stage <Research Team on Parental Competence> and the <Research Team on the Ecosystem of Healthy Schools>. Paying attention to the non-living phenomenon of Korean schools and for school innovation, basic research has been carried out for three years to ‘build the foundation of a warm education community’ with ‘Healthy Parents, Students, Teachers - Compassionate Education Community’ as the agenda. Specifically, in the areas of early childhood education, elementary and secondary education and special education, the concept and direction of a warm educational community, search for constituent factors and demand survey, development of community building competency scales of each agent such as parents and teachers, and factors affecting the establishment of an educational community, etc. Research has been directed towards interdisciplinary integration.
Therefore, in the large-scale stage, based on these basic research, we intend to carry out research to realize and establish a warm educational community in schools and local communities at each level step by step. In this way, it is intended to restore a warm and vital relationship between members of the Korean education field to contribute to the realization of a happy society through the establishment of an educational community, and to prepare for the globalization of the K-education community in post SSK.

3) Research achievements
Pusan National University’s Compassionate Education Community Research Center is dedicated to promoting family-school-community partnerships, including research on the realization of a compassionate educational community where healthy students, parents, teachers and the local community work together for its research project, “Realization and Settlement of a Warm Educational Community.” Along with these efforts, research was conducted to develop and apply a program to enhance the capacity of students, parents, schools, and local communities to realize the educational community, and to improve the possibility of sustainable development that connects the life cycle of the educational community. Through four years of research, the foundation for the realization of a compassionate educational community and the spread of a compassionate educational community have been laid, and a high research goal has been achieved by laying the foundation for securing self-reliance as a large research center. The study results according to specific goals are summarized as follows.
▸ A study was conducted to develop and apply a competency enhancement program to realize a warm educational community for infants, elementary and middle school students, and parents of special students, and conducted consulting and training programs for teachers and educational institutions. In addition, education communities for each agent are developed and applied to realize a warm educational community for infants and elementary and middle school students, and field teachers and joint researchers conduct research through joint operation and support of a professional learning community. A study was conducted to develop and apply the implementation capacity enhancement program.
▸ A study on the possibility of a lifelong support plan through the linkage of early childhood education and elementary education through a long-term parental consultant training course for 3 years for the realization of a compassionate educational community and support for the parents of infancy and children with disabilities of the trained consultants In addition, through self-study seminars and joint research, linkage between school levels was promoted, and research results covering early childhood and elementary and secondary education and special education were achieved.
Also, academic seminars to share practice cases. Academic events such as academic conferences and symposiums, and realization of an educational community for the continuity of the spread of a compassionate educational community that connects the life cycle, such as the publication of the self-published academic journal 「Educational Community Research and Practice」 containing examples of research and practice twice a year made an effort
▸ For the realization and settlement of a compassionate educational community, MOU was signed with related institutions in schools and local communities, participated as a consultant in a consulting program, and 'Dagongmam''s voluntary learning community for the spread of a compassionate educational community and the parent community of local related organizations It laid the foundation for research on establishing a cyclical network to promote family-school-community partnerships, such as attempting community-of-practices activities through support projects. By establishing such a network of relationships, the foundation for cooperative research was laid, and seminars related to the village education community were held, and basic research for a warm educational community model was conducted, and through this, social integration and polarization were resolved, and the problem of non-viability between schools and society was resolved. I was looking for a way to do it.
▸ The basic research for applying the K-education community was actively carried out through basic research for the development of the K-education community model, the search for factors affecting the warm education community, and the development of the K-education community model. However, due to the unexpected corona pandemic, there were difficulties in research for applying the K-education community model. Compassionate education through research to establish a conceptual direction for a compassionate educational community, seek ways to practice affection and our consciousness, and develop a practice model The implementation system for community building and its operation were presented.
▸ An international academic conference was held in which 8 countries participated under the theme of 「Networking and cooperation for K-educational community」, and an international research cooperation team was established with participating overseas researchers to develop the K-educational community model and prepare for internationalization. After that, the international research cooperation team created a basis for data sharing and joint research, and through the collaborative research 'Sense of Community and Cultural Community Competence of Russian Students and Teachers' research on the educational community, the community and cultural community of both Russian students and teachers.
