Therefore, it is necessary to pursue the efficiency of organizational management and various implementation plans for human resource management and human resource development for organizational members.
Fourth, this study is expected to be able to confirm the leading core competencies for the composition of the industrial ecosystem through case studies of social innovative enterprises in overseas advanced countries. In order to improve social performance, it is necessary to search for the development of social innovative enterprises organizations and to confirm related laws through examination of support policies and directions of European social innovative enterprises. In addition, this study is expected to reignite discussions on the promotion of the ecosystem and job creation of these companies by studying various applicability and government support types for social innovative enterprises.
